Instructions for using the spare parts
The online spare parts catalogue includes the original spare parts catalogues for the Citroën 5HP [L15, L53, L146, L480], L65] published by the André Citroën company in Paris in the 1920s. This manual describes the various options and functions in more detail.

Setting the spare parts to match the model
Standard setting
If no information is entered in the selection fields, the spare parts catalogue range from mid-1924 and 1925 [L53] is displayed. With a personal authentication (login), the range of the spare parts catalogue corresponding to the serial number appears automatically. Owners of more than one Citroën 5HP vehicle will have the selection of their owned vehicles listed for selection.

Vehicle specific setting
It is also possible to display a spare parts catalogue matching the serial number. This is done by entering the desired serial number in the input field for the serial number and then clicking on "Go".

Note: If the serial number does not correspond to the vehicle delivered ex works, the wrong spare parts catalogue will be displayed via this way.
The reset is done by clicking on "Reset" next to the input field for the serial no.
Spare parts search
By pressing the button "Search", the entry of the search criteria for the search in all spare parts catalogues is provided in a new window.

Using a known part no. or a term (e.g. connecting rod, nut, etc.), the corresponding hits are listed in this window.

Search by part no.
In the "Part number" tab, a known spare part number is used to display the description and, if available, one or more pictures.

By clicking on the violet link with the part no., another separate picture with the spare part description appears.

Search by spare part designation
By entering a designation or part of a designation, all hits are listed. By making the appropriate selection, information on the spare parts found is provided.

Search for spare part description
By entering a description or part of a description, all hits are listed. By making the appropriate selection, the information on the spare part is displayed.

Search by part structure
With this search function the complete part structure for the searched spare part can be displayed. Not yet implemented!
Spare parts for the chassis
By clicking on the picture with the chassis, you will be redirected to the page with the spare parts for the chassis. An overview of the chassis appears, where the available plates are listed. By clicking on the numbered plate where the part is assumed to be, the details of this plate are opened. By clicking on the corresponding spare part number, the description of the spare part is displayed in a separate window.

Spare parts for the model type
By clicking on a picture with the vehicle model, you will be redirected to the corresponding page with the spare parts for the model/type (bodywork parts). If only the spare parts groups are displayed, the parts list can be displayed in full by clicking "expand". By clicking on the corresponding spare part number, the description of the spare part is displayed in a separate window.

Selecting spare parts by means of plates
An output of the spare parts catalogue can contain a different number of plates. Above, it is possible to select the plates sequentially; below the plate, a specific plate can be selected in each case. By moving the cursor over a spare part number on the panel and then clicking on this number, the description of the respective spare part is displayed in a separate window.

Display spare part description
As already mentioned, the display of the description of spare parts can be done in different ways. The window consists of a left part, which contains one or more pictures of the spare part, and a right part, which contains the description of the spare part. If several pictures are available, they can be switched by pressing the arrow in the picture.
